We are located in the heart of the gravel and Pessac-Léognan vineyards, 20 minutes from the center of Bordeaux, 25 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from the Toulouse motorway and 45 minutes from the Dune du Pilat and the ocean beaches.
All the local shops are 3 minutes away by car as well as the cycle path connecting La Brède to the Arcachon bay via the Hostens lake.
Our house, which can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, is composed of 3 bedrooms: Ch 1: 1 bed of 160, Ch 2: 2 beds 90 * 200 (additional child's bed possible), Ch 3: 1 bed 90 * 200, 2 bathrooms , a laundry room, 3 toilets, a living room, a fully equipped American kitchen, all overlooking a garden with terrace and 4mx8m swimming pool where you can bask on sunny days!
You will also have private parking for 4 cars.
